Hi,
this is not a bug. The mentioned cells are so called Edit cells, containing at
least one part formatted as the cell style describes and another part there the
content is hard formatted directly with the cell in Edit mode. Such cells change
the format for the non Edit part with the formatting aids of the toolbars only
for the non Edit part of the cell. This is intended as tyou may want the Edit
part as is.
