In Format->Character->Position dialog, user can specify rotation degree to 0, 90
or 270.

When rotating 90 degrees, the text drawing orientation and glyph images of all
characters will be rotated 90 degrees in counter-clockwise direction. But when
rotating 270 degrees, the glyphs of all CJK characters won't be rotated.

I'm just wondering whether it's a designed behaviour or a bug. If it's a
designed behaviour, I do think that the GUI needs improving to reflect such
difference.

I tested several languages, it seems that only CJK characters have such issue.
Some languages such as arabic can't rotate at all.
