Unfortunately, this is a collection of issues, so we need to pass it on amongst the involved parties. Let's start with Christian Jansen (CJ), who needs to fix some specs first, before this can be handed over to Oliver Specht (OS) for implementation. Some menu commands haven't been specified yet. For these we don't need a new specification. I agree with most changes, but a few I cannot accept. Here is my edited version of the list. IN WRITER: Suchen & Ersetzen - Suchen & ersetzen -> O.K. -> OS please change. OLE Objekt - OLE-Objekt -> O.K. but implemented in SO8U4 (OOo 2.1) already; -> FIXED Alles Aktualisieren - Alles aktualisieren (in the Extras menu) -> O.K. -> OS please change. IN CALC: Verschieben/Kopieren - Verschieben/kopieren (in Bearbeiten, Tabelle) -> O.K. -> OS please change. Form Objekt - Form-Objekt (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> NO! This toolbar somehow survived the toolbar re-design for OOo2.0 and should no longer be there. It is completely redundant today, and I will write a separate issue to eliminate it. Formular Entwurf - Formular-Entwurf (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> O.K., but needs to be changed in Writer, Impress, and Draw, too. -> CJ please change all four instances in the spec Objekt Einfügen - Objekt einfügen (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> NO. Here, "Objekt Einfügen" is used as the title of the toolbar "Objekt Einfügen", not as a command to insert an object. In the latter, your suggestion would be right, in this case it isn't. Text Format - Textformat (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> O.K., but here the spec is wrong: different from the actual implementation, the spec features two toolbars with the German title "Format" (sections 5.2.2 and 5.2.30). The German title for second one should be "Textformat". -> CJ please change the spec. Zelle Einfügen - Zelle Einfügen (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> NO! I guess you meant "einfügen", but this is similar to "Objekt Einfügen" above. IN IMPRESS: Master Ansicht - Master-Ansicht (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> O.K., spec says something different, but "Master-Ansicht" looks better to me. -> CJ, please change the spec. Text Format - Textformat (in Ansicht, Symbolleisten) -> the spec just says "Format" -> CJ please decide which string to use, "Format" or "Textformat". If it is "Textformat", please change the spec. Otherwise just comment here.
