The correct arrangement of fields is, however, displayed in the document preview. To demonstrate the error: 1)Open the attached file 'Test_error.odb' 2)Single click on the filename 'data_entryFORM' 3)Observe the document preview on the right hand side - text boxes, formatted fields and labels are arranged in a neat and square manner. 4)Double click on the filename 'Test_error.odb' to open the form. 5)In the form window that opens, observe that all of the text boxes and formatted fields are now located at the top of the document. 6)Close the form window. 7)Right-click on the filename 'data_entryFORM' and click 'Edit'. 8)In the form window that opens, observe that all of the text boxes and formatted fields are now located at the top of the document. NOTES: This form was being used as for data entry, and had operated without error for months.
