The unsized.odg is just the circle with its first size. Gluepoints can be added. See in the Q2 (upper left quadrant) for it. In the sized.odg, I added the same shape, but resized with the right click and "Größe und Position" (Size and Position?) to 10cm. Then I tried to add gluepoints and zoomed into the spot I later marked with a cirle. Some points were added, but to non regular spots. Many spots ignored the click. Then a I added the same shape again and left with original size (first size). it is the lower one. No Problems with gluepoints.
