As per con call with Stefan today capturing the information provided as an
reference.

It looks like our MTA is spending a lot of time trying to send mail to
msa.hinet.net addresses.  Some email sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL 
PROTECTED], and
there are subscribers with msa.hinet.net addresses.  Looks like most of them are
old messages, but it will take some time to flush out these old messages.

We are unable to determine what other mailing lists have @msa.hinet.net 
addresses
subscribed to them, but if we are constantly having problem delivering messages
to these addresses we should remove them from the mailing lists.  

Stefan as per our call today we have a suspicion it could be something to do
with the fact that there was problems connecting to/from certain part of Asia a
few weeks ago. msa.hinet.net seems to be a Chinese site.  This high number of
messages for @msa.hinet.net address might be due to the fact all these messages
were queue during the time there was a problem with the connection to Asia, and
now it's trying to deliver all these messages to them and using up all the MTA
remote processes.  

Or these email addresses are subscribed to a lot of mailing lists, generating
more messages every time someone sends an email to the mailing list, and more
messages get queued for these email addresses and more qmail-remote processes
get used.  

We have for now made several parameter changes to the MTA and hopefully that
will help with the mail delivery.  We are monitoring the queue and see if we can
find any more definite answer to slow mail delivery.
