set to accepted to make sure that the OpenOffice.org project complies with all
aspects of the license.
I consider this issue not as an issue that the source code might bet "not free",
but I agree that this usage of this license might be problematic to be in
complicance with the Debian Free Software Guidelines. These guidelines are out
of the scope of this project, although we like to respect the guidelines of this
distribution.

I suggest the following steps:

* openoffice.org complies with that license (THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME, etc.)
* debian project looks for a way to exclude it for their distribution
* contact the Polish maintainers of the code and make them aware of the problems
 with that license.
* contact Polish OpenOffice.org community to look for alternatives
* hopefully integrated new version or new dictionaries that complies also with
the guidelines of the Debian project.

@rene: please try to explain all aspects you have with such issues. Not all
people involved in the OpenOFfice.org project are familiar with the legal
boundary conditions of the Debian project. Assuming knowledge and doing
simplifactions in writing leads to misunderstanding and doesn't help the
involved parties. There are many authors outside which have not that deep
knowledge on legal issues, if you have an issue with a license, please use a
kind of writing which make the isssue also understandable to such people, thank
you
