So it's harder now for any company to claim copyright infringement on that name. As it is not based on OOo , but exactly the same as OOo I'd prefer something like "unchanged OpenOffice.org(tm)" or "original OpenOffice.org(tm)". I don't know if it would be allowed in this special legal context to include such a phrase in the BrOffice.org logo - but something like that might be an option... (But IANAL - do we have legal advise for such a case?)
