Are we certain that the last proposed changes, to add "Unchanged OpenOffice.org"
and the text explaining that BrOo is the same as OOo and had to be renamed for
legal reasons, bear no risk for the product? I am no lawyer either, but
mentioning the brand name OpenOffice.org again, albeit in a smaller font, still
means that the brand name was not removed.

AFAIK the minimum requirement would be to change the product name from
"OpenOffice.org" to "BrOffice.org" with an otherwise unchanged intro bitmap. If
we only did this change, then we know we would be on the safe side. Why don't we
just try to implement this one change first and then in a later step implement
additional changes, as soon as all legal matters for these changes are
clarified?

Does this make sense?
