------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Feb 28 15:50:12 +0000 2007 ------- Sometimes we have to apply several different font colors to different passages of a document. The current method is to select the text and then apply color to it by using the pull-down menu of the "font color" toolbar button. To apply a different color, you have to repeat the process. The problem of this method is that once you apply a new color, the button takes that color. So if you want to use 3 different font colors, you have to keep using the pull-down menu (and the color palette). This is tedious. Instead, allow the user to place any number of "font color" buttons on a toolbar. Let each button behave independently of each other, so that each can be set to a different color. Then the user can apply any of these colors to the font. Although I have taken an example of "font color", the concept applies to any toolbar button that has a built-in manu.
