I discovered another pair of buttons with identical icons (located in the main
toolbar): "New" and "New document from template".

Again, the artwork (image) of the buttons should be different, so that the user
can tell the difference at a glance.

A good example is the difference between the "Save" and "save as" button
artwork: The latter contains red lines in the floppy image. That's enough to
tell the user that it is the "save AS..." button.

I have changed the summary to broaden the scope of this issue.
