Let the user create a photoalbum by inserting multiple images at once.

The wizard should offer options-
* How many images to be inserted per image (1/2/3/4/6)
* Position of the slides on each page (stacking horizontally/vertically)
* Resizing to (option: default, reduce to page/frame size)
* Put the image file's name below each inserted frame

Let the user insert images in an existing file (Impress should add new blank
pages and insert the images into these images).

This feature is there in MS PowerPoint, but it can only create a new album (it
cannot insert images in the current file.)

In case issue 13142 comes up, that issue talks about inserting files; where as
this one is about inserting multiple images.
