I agree on pagalmes and highly disagree to os. One of the reasons why OOo is so 
much better than word is the behavior in writer where you actually can lock 
picture and textbox to page. That means you can actually design the page the 
way you want, instead of getting objects moving around when you do any changes 
with the text, example change font, size... When optimaizing the page, you want 
to pictures and text box to the page, not paragraph or character. Because next 
time you want to reuse the page layout and then start to write new text, 
everything on the page is messed up and you have to remember all positions and 
redo the layout. If you only use a document once, it's not a problem, but when 
you reuse a document, it's highly timesaving to have page anchor. For instant, 
I write a news letter every month and save a lot of time with the locked page 
layout.
