User rainerbielefeld changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ CC|'' |'rainerbielefeld' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keywords| |oooqa -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Priority|P3 |P4 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution| |INVALID -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Apr 4 19:53:53 +0000 2007 ------- As far as I know, in America the word "gage" is usually used instead of "gauge", pls. also see <http://dict.leo.org/?lp=ende&search=Rohrfedermanometer&searchLoc=0&relink=on> I checked with I checked with "2.2.0RC4 German version WIN XP: [680m14(Build9134)]" and the nonsense sentence "There is some really nice gauge on my desktop". That sentence has no mistake for 'UK English' dictionary, if you change language to 'English USA', spellchecker will correctly suggest "gage" for "gauge". So I mark this issue INVALID. Please feel free to reopen the issue if you have well founded arguments that gauge also is common in American English. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
