Close the OO document and don't save it. 7. Open your task manager and sort the processes by "image name". 8. If it has locked, then you should still have soffice.bin and soffice.exe still running. 9. Try to right-click on the CLCL icon in the systray to access your clipboard history...it won't work. 10. Now, kill the soffice.bin process and then right click on the CLCL icon...it will work now. Please let me know your results from this. Thanks.
