(2) Please note that the wording of discontent (with or without "*") is not
exactly helpful and re-quoting "such communication" does not exactly "make
friends".
(3) Please note that beside the users who know all about the offices behavior,
there is others who are happy to get information WHY the word processor dares to
behave different than a typewriter.

(5)Last not least, some people spent time to describe how to use the office and
they even included information how to solve this insulting pain the user is
exposed to whenever the help agent hinders the world from turning. Therefore
note this quote from the Online help concerning the help agent:
