Set target to 2.3 and cc'd MD.
We should investigate whether there is a misconfiguration for some proxies or
whether OOo has a problem with receiving compressed content. It looks like the
backend does deliver the correct data but the client either does not receive it
correctly or cannot interpret it correctly.
