'bh' is a member of the UX team and somewhat was the predecessor of the
requirements queue.. as this issue previously wasn't of type PATCH it probably
drowned in the mass of other RFEs.
Not sure about the attached patch, besides assigning (<shift>)<ctrl><+>/<-> to
insert/delete cell it also changes ctrl+1 from SpacePara1 to FormatCellDialog,
which is fine I think, but also changes ctrl+D from DataSelect to FillDown,
leaving DataSelect non-accessible. Personally I almost never use DataSelect
though..
@nn,@bh: any opinion?
