I can confirm this problem only occurs on Windows Vista (and occurs every time
on Vista). In that case, the application freezes after the progress bar
completes the export and OOo must be killed off the task menu. Then the .tex
file is incomplete with the last lines being:
...
Thus, if we are interested in the changes in bus phase angles, $\Delta
\theta $ , for a given set of changes in the bus power injections,
$\Delta P$
