I received the following bug report from a user of Hebrew 2.2, and I confirmed
the bug myself on both Windows and Linux:

on 800x600 screen resolutions the default toolbars does not show all the buttons
directly on the screen and pressing the "<<" button on the left side of the
toolbar is needed to access the hidden buttons.

now, when pressing "font color" / "background color" / "zoom" ... that has extra
dialog for choosing color, the dialog does not show.

only when working on a higher resolution 1024x768 or when moving the specific
buttons to the right (so they are visibly) then the dialog appear when pressing
the respective buttons.

this was discovered because... we use OO on many old computers in schools that
are bound to 800x600 screen resolution, unfortunately :-(
