FL->TBE: Please change the current defaults as discussed in the meeting today:
Change default to checked for the following printing options:
- Suppress output of empty pages
- Print only selected sheets
Furthermore the Calc Page Preview will also print only the selected table(s), if
this option is checked (even if the Page Preview itself always shows the
complete spreadsheet).
