Please excuse me, that I don't notice the part "update" of this issue. What I
notice is not the situation when updating, but when using DictOOo. But I think
that it is the real problem.

To test it once more, I installed 2.1.0de on WinXp, kind: complete, for all;
install French with DictOOo1.6.2, kind: for all; manually setting # in dict.lst
for to prevent unwanted languages.

After that I installed OOo2.2.1de, kind: complete, for all. It makes a new
directory for the program-file, but no new directory for the user-files. I then
run the dictionary wizard again with French, kind: for all.

I collect all the file you ask for. I add _user and _share to the filenames to
distinguish them.

In my first tests I use a "setup.exe -a" installion with change
UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/../..
in the bootstrap.ini. Now I didn't change the bootstrap.ini, but I got again a
linguistic.xcu in the share folder when running DictOOo.

The problem with this file is not about the setting in part "linguistic", but
about the setting for the default document language.
