------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Sep 29 16:12:06 +0000 2007 ------- While attempting to either remove Open Office 2.2 or install Open Office 2.3, a dialogue box appears and asks me to insert the "OpenOffice2.2" CD. What the installer wants is the "openoffice22.msi" file. I give the installer what it wants, either on a CD or straight out of the extracted installation files (downloaded from Open Office website, of course), but it invariably tells me that the .msi file is not a valid installation file. End result: Open Office 2.2 cannot be removed and Open Office 2.3 cannot be installed. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
