If I understand all this tasks correct (i72905, i73303, i73192) you have seen
the nsis download installer and the windows installer without encoding problems,
after all this tasks were integrated? Then there is no reason to use the nsis
patch, you mentioned.
I tested, if it is possible to use the strings from OpenOffice.org 2.1, but it
seems, that they cannot be used anymore, because the installation wizard looks
more garbled than before.
So my hope is, that you did not use the script mentioned in i73192.
is -> pj: Pavel, you have an idea for this encoding problems with Vietnamese.
