In the edit points menu, clicking "close bezier" on an already closed polygon
opens it. This would be a useful feature for splicing two shapes together,
except one can't easily choose which point opens. The break point is visible as
the one with the larger blue square, but the only way to change it's location is
to delete that point at which time the next "oldest" point becomes the break
point, then go back and recreate the just deleted point. Chasing the break point
around a polygon is a less than ideal way of choosing where it will be broken
when opened.
