When saving a calc file as a csv file it would be very helpful to have an option
to also set the "end of line". This would be the same option as the "Paragraph
break" option that is available when saving a writer file to "Text Encoded".

With this one could choose "cr & lf", cr, or lf. This option is useful if you
are exporting csv files from calc and importing them into an application with
a broken csv importer that only works with one of these "end of line" formats.

The workaround now is to run the csv file thru unix2dos or dos2unix depending on
what the csv importer is wanting.

Along with giving us the ability to choose this option would also be the ability
to set its default somewhere under "Tools | Options".
