------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Nov 28 15:28:51 +0000 2007 ------- An alternative to having the cursor drop while spaces are added above would be to put a down-arrow between lines (slightly overlapping characters if necessary) that points to where the next non-space character will appear, if it will appear on the next line. That wouldn't exactly say to the typist, "Put your text here" as scottydm wanted, but at least it would show that the next non-space character will show on the next line. The down-arrow would appear even when a word is being entered at the end of a line (if the next letter would appear below), but with word wrapping the entire word would drop (snap down?), so the arrow wouldn't always point to the first space of the next line. The down-arrow would not cause a new line to appear. It would just point to a possible future new line. There have been times when I wanted to fit everything on one page, and I'd type part of the last word and all in a sudden a new page appears. I'd have a warning of that with this idea. The arrow would appear on the current page and point down to let me know that a new page will begin if I enter another character. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
