OOoAuthors use CreativeCommons License on the wiki, and this is not respect OpenOffice.org rules. What happens is just free pub for OOoAuthors, and nothing is reversed to OpenOffice.org project. The rule should be: one License, and no exception. Last, I'd like to read -as you wrote- that other licenses are accepted.
