Tested on Solaris Nevada with document using Thorndale (not on the system):
- Default (no SAL_DISABLE_FC_SUBST): "Thorndale" looks Serif. -> Good
- SAL_DISABLE_FC_SUBST set: "Thorndale" looks Serif. -> Good
- SAL_DISABLE_FC_SUBST set to 0: "Thorndale" looks Sans Serif. -> Bad but
expected.
-> VERIFIED in CWS nofc4sols
