Do you mean the same thing (width) by those words? Do you really mean line _style_ when you say line _type_? How are you trying to change the line width or type? What results are you getting? What results were you expecting? If you say that it doesn't _always_ work, do you mean that it works intermittently? Is there a pattern? Please, provide a list of exact steps that you took to reproduce this problem.
