Yes, I have not been deleting this folder when installing a new build. As a matter of fact, I have copied it between computers in order to have the same setup in my different work environments. The folder is quite large - 15 meg or so, I think. I noticed that in the gallery subfolder there is a .wav file. I have no idea where that came from - I played it and its a song I've never heard before.
