There may be other minor problems as well but the main issue seems to be connected with how the Language-Tool extension you are using is handled. (Further debugging is needed here.) If you remove that one it will be much, much faster. BTW you seem to have a fast computer. On my development box it takes about 20 sec for the menu to appear.
