Next problem in svtools. I don't know why this worked on Linux. SfxColumnDateTimeItem derives from SfxDateTimeItem and has a default ctor but the base class hasn't (though it has another ctor). This is a bug IMHO. So I add the SfxDateTimeItem ctor again.
