------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Apr 20 12:12:17 +0000 2008 ------- There seem to have been changes to save-file handling since a previous release. This also appears to affect OO Calc. The file type is being set to 'File' instead of the appropriate OO tag (eg OpenDocument Text) and the 'Open with' parameter is not being set. This could easily be a Windows XP setup problem but my problem is I don't know enough about current Windows internals and the exact relationship between WinXP and apps using the Win API for file handling. As far as I'm aware, there have been no changes to my Windows components and setup except Microsoft auto- updates. Also, because OO actually handles the files correctly even though the file parameters are incorrect, I can't be 100% certain when this started to happen: I CAN confirm however that it DOES happen in 2.4.0 AND in the previous version I used. The last file correctly created on my system was in February 2008 but unfortunately I failed to notice the problem back then. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
