To reproduce e.g. from Writer, go to Tools -> Options -> StarOffice -> View. The affected string is located in the upper center part of the dialog. On S10/JDS, only "Tamanho dos Ãcones" is visible instead of "Tamanho dos Ãcones da barra de ferramentas". So the longest acceptable translation should be 18 characters long.
