This identifier is constructed obviously by some tool. To me it looks like
every part of it has been named according current policy. Without breaking that
(as has been done for issue 82571) it can be made shorter only by changing the
tool that creates it.
A better alternative is to lift the artificial length cap of 125 characters for
GID and LID.
@GH: I do not know if you are the right person for removing or at least
increasing the maximal length of GID and LID. If not then please pass this on.
