I've tried with: - the english Beta2 - the german Beta2 - the brasilian Beta2 (BrOffice) - with the the current Dev-Build m25 I've always used a different installation directory: not the C:\ system drive but in D:\<somewhat> . OOo was always starting. So I would assume that it doesn't depend on a localized OOo. I would also assume that this doesn't depend on OOo but on a system fault.
