I can imagine that something written to the registry might cause the entry in the setup.ini. In your "C:\dOOssier\OOo-dev 3" directory is a file called 'basis-link'. Open it in an editor. Does it provide the correct path? If not, please correct the path and retry. @ rainer: As it has been described before this issue is about a clean install. So we should find out what might be the cause on a system with one OOo installed. That's why you're investigation goes to a wrong direction.
