Users keying in numbers with the numeric keypad expect the separator to match the one used in their locale. For some languages the keyboards on the numeric keypad do not have the decimal separator that is used in the locale, and there are no other keyboards available for that language, and not all users are capable to properly use xmodmap or similar tools. By default OOo will deliver the decimal separator matching the locale that is set. For Portuguese in Brazil (pt-BR) this happens to be a comma. If you do not want that behavior but want whatever character is delivered by the keyboard, simply uncheck the option under Tools->Options->LanguageSettings->Languages "Decimal separator key". --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
