E.g., the "Add templates" link leads to http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/taxonomy/term/36 an URI that could change even if the underlying Drupal infrastructure is just rebuilt or upgraded. Not to mention that we may want to establish an independent http://templates.services.openoffice.org site. Proposal: create a dedicated links.services.openoffice.org subdomain that hosts redirects which can then be updated if needed. So, the Start Center link would point (say) to http://links.services.openoffice.org/OpenOffice.org3.0/templates which would just redirect to http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/taxonomy/term/36 or whatever URI is most appropriate at any given time.
