No Idea what your problem is. May I ask you to read our guidelines on
<http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html> and
<http://www.openoffice.org/bugs/bug_writing_guidelines.html>?
Then please contribute a clear step by step instruction containing all
observations (error messages ...), every key press and every mouse click how to
reproduce the problem, and explain why you believe that your results are
unexpected.
The current report unfortunately is not sufficient for further investigations.
Important details are:
What OOo version also: what localization) did you have on your PC before you
installed 3.0?
Did you really install 3.0 Beta2 or some similar Version? Please contribute name
of installation file, build No. (from Help) or similar.
What Version causes your Problems? Is your Problem that your old version does
not run or that your new 3.0 does not run?
Did you check MD5 checksum of your installation file?
Did you install into default folder or some other?
Was your old OOo installed into default folder or some other?
What Program files are missing in what folder?
