With OpenOffice.org 3.0.0., after installing "ar" lang pack, you can use Arabic UI by selecting "Arabic (Egypt)" from the language of UI list box. This may be a bit frustration for some Arabic people living in other countries than Egypt when they want to use Arabic UI and they have to select "Arabic (Egypt)".
