I don't know what webdav client you are talking about and how this relates to Windows, the Windows file dialog and Webdav in general. Please describe exactly how you tried to access webdav folders and what exactly happened. If you are using the Windows file dialog, OOo does not even know that it works on a webdav folder. So without a step-to-step description of what you have done and which software you are using to access the webdav folder we can't do anything. OOo has own code to access webdav.
