Also added a default implementation to SdrDragMethod to show how this in principle can generally be done using TRGetBaseGeometry/TRSetBaseGeometry. Currently, this is not really used since the old Drawinglayer core is not capable of correctly handling the mirrorings (negative scalings). Especially with text, the IA previews would be wrong.
