Oops sorry for double post; the first time produced an error so I resubmitted.
Also, noticed this in my example ToC:
This is just some body text, I wont add more.
Needless to say, it should not be there.
FWIW, I am very happy to expand this in to a more detailed spec if you see any
value in it.
