------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Nov 22 12:45:03 +0000 2008 ------- Systems tested OOo 3.0 - SRB 1.0.5 - Ubuntu 8.10 (x64) & DEV300m_35 - SRB 1.0.9.9363 When the report output is attached to the email it is given the file type .rpt. OpenOffice.org will open this file no problem, whether it is an ODT or an ODS - however the email client(in my case Thunderbird) doesn't know what a *.rpt file is and therefor doesn't know to launch OpenOffice.org. In fact OpenOffice.org doesn't really know about a *.rpt file either, at least not to use the file type in any of the open file dialogs :>) So the RFE is to use the file types *.odt or *.ods depending on the settings in the report when the file is generated. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
