The attached reference spells out a cure. http://openoffice.blogs.com/openoffice/2006/07/mail_merge_labe.html The help notes are misleading. A secondary defect which came to light; If you wish to Preview the labels to be printed they may be printed to file and the file may be previewed. When this is done the Preview Document shows an incorrect number of pages. 4 pages of labels 7 pages of document. If you print the file three blank pages are printed.
