i'm currently using the tagalog dic. but you have to reference it with a
different language that is listed. so your dictionary.lst should look 
something
like:

DICT en GB tl_PH

this assigns the english UK to use the tl_PH.dic

Whilst this will work for 2.xx it will obviously not work for 3.xx
