First: Thank you, Regina, for taking this issue. Second: The bug described by 
you I cannot recreate on my Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 computer. The cut 
information ist not lost in my file. I don't know where you found the attribute 
information but the icons in my graphic are cut after reopening the saved file. 
The scale is still 100% for both width and hight, the cm values the same as 
given by you. It seems that this is a XP issue.

My problem is another one. After cutting the graphic as described by you the 
graphic on my computer is blurred. I switched to 120 dpi and followed each step 
described by you and can confirm the sizes in cm given by you. I attach a 
graphic file where I combined two screenshots in one file so that you should 
see the difference with a glimpse. Please look especially on the second lines 
with the small font. With these lines the difference is really clear. Please 
post if you can see this difference.
