Do you mean the bug determined by you concerning the loss of the cut information? What about the change of the appearance of the resized graphic? Can you see it? I repeated your steps and ended up in a blurred graphic. It should be the same on your computer. Please let me know how it looks for you and, if you cannot see a change, post a screenshot.
